Just my little virtual area of the net where I can fantasise about what life would be to run a NY diner just like out of the movies.
Exactly what would my diner serve…..?
I think it would be only fair to serve the best beverages :
- coffee
- cappucino
- expresso
- selection of teas from around the world, inc.Green Tea
- milk shakes
- fresh squeezed juices
- fizzy soda
Not sure what else…..the food menu would need to be simple
- burgers (homemade) fries
- caesar salad
- nachos and cheese
- steak sandwiches etc.
- calamari deep fried or some sort of fish etc.
A juke box would be essential…but I dream on…..
